Al-Gharbia Modern Packaging Company (Al-Gharbia – hereafter) is a Saudi family-owned company belonging to the Al-Sari’ family. Established in 2001 as a limited liability company, its initial purpose was to produce cardboard tubes used in the packaging line of Al-Sari’ Carpet Factory (now: Al-Sari’ Commercial and Industrial Group).

Due to its success in the Saudi market, Al-Gharbia expanded its production lines to specialize in both cardboard tube and paper bag production lines.
